1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klaryfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Klaryfy.

2. Description of Service

Klaryfy is a financial analytics platform for Amazon sellers. The Service provides fee analysis, settlement reconciliation, profitability tracking, and cost optimization by connecting to your Amazon Seller account via Amazon's official Selling Partner API (SP-API).

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Amazon Account Authorization

By connecting your Amazon Seller account, you authorize Klaryfy to access your seller data through Amazon's SP-API. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Amazon Seller Central account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to violate Amazon's Terms of Service

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate financial analysis, Klaryfy is a tool for informational purposes. The Service does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying data accuracy and making your own business decisions. We are not liable for business decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Klaryfy and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (including Amazon API availability).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaryfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
